ARSEE Engineers, Inc.

The structural engineer behind central Indiana's hardest masonry jobs: the $3.2M reconstruction of the upper third of Eliel Saarinen's First Christian Church tower in Columbus, the clock tower stabilization at Washington County Courthouse, and the terra cotta facade engineering at Bottleworks in Indianapolis. Our verification notes

This is the firm to call before, not after, choosing a floodproofing product on an older masonry building. Dry floodproofing loads a wall with standing water pressure, and FEMA does not recommend it where flood depth exceeds about three feet precisely because the wall or slab can fail before the barrier leaks. ARSEE assesses whether the structure can take that load. It is a structural and historic-masonry practice, not a floodplain firm - a separate research pass wrongly attributed floodplain services to it, and that attribution was a search conflation with another company.
