Employee-owned, incorporated in Minnesota in 1966. The firm does not advertise floodproofing certificate signing as a service line - it qualifies on credentials plus demonstrated FEMA floodplain work. Note the Google profile renders the headquarters as Bloomington while the firm's own materials say Minneapolis; a personal email appearing beside a staff name in a conference programme was deliberately not recorded.
