Our verification notes
Their named resilience director is the best independently verified engineer in this whole research set - credentials confirmed through an international coastal engineering conference programme and South Carolina Sea Grant, both independent of the firm. The scale caveat matters though: the verified work is large civil and coastal infrastructure, not building-level floodproofing certificates, so presenting them as the option for a single storefront would misrepresent both the firm and the likely fee.
