Our verification notes

Worth knowing for a different reason than most entries here: this firm holds licensed architecture as well as structural and municipal engineering. The FEMA Floodproofing Certificate accepts a registered professional engineer OR a registered architect, so an architecture-led firm can sign it. Their verified Bee Branch role was project management, architecture and structure - the hydrology and hydraulics lead was Strand Associates - so do not read this as floodplain-modelling capability. Note IIW Engineers and Origin Design are the same firm after a rebrand, not two providers.
