First, this is building-envelope and water-intrusion work, not dry floodproofing to FEMA Technical Bulletin 3 - we found no evidence they install engineered flood barriers, flood doors or sealed flood envelopes, and listing them as floodproofers would misrepresent them. Second, the named project credits trace back to the firm's own case studies and press releases; the staffed branch and its Google profile confirm the business exists, not the project claims. Tier 3 for that reason.
